By downloading or using MyVitality (the "app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
MyVitality is a fitness and wellness tool, not a medical device. The data, scores and suggestions it provides — including recovery scores, training advice and AI coach responses — are for informational purposes only and are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new training program or making decisions about your health.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the app.
You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, uploading harmful content, harassing other users, or violating any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of the content you create, such as activities and posts. By sharing content publicly in the app, you grant other users the ability to view and react to it according to your privacy settings. You are responsible for the content you share.
We work to keep the app available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may update, change or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyVitality is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including injuries or health outcomes related to your training decisions.
